How can I return an item?
We offer free returns if you drop off your parcel at a delivery point.

Submit a return request from your account at www.bershka.com. If you placed your order as a guest, click here .

You will receive an email confirming your request, with a return label attached. Print the return label and affix it to the parcel.
Items must be in perfect condition and have the original labels.
If you want to return items from multiple orders, it is important that you submit a return request for each order. You must return your orders in separate parcels, each with the corresponding return label. Bershka is not responsible for the return of items purchased in multiple orders and/or items returned with a return request for a different purchase.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
Once your refund has been approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE REFUNDED?
Once your return has been approved, you will receive confirmation of the amount you will be paid in the coming days. The processing time for a credit card and/or a PayPal account depends on your bank.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Please contact our Customer Service team so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. Please contact our Customer Service team if you do not receive this email.

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
Products that you want to return must be in perfect condition, have their original labels attached, and be unused. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Personalized items
- Underwear
- Earrings
- Hair accessories
- Caps or hats
- Printed made-to-order products
- Bershka Print Shop products
Please bear in mind the following special conditions for some of our products:
- Swimwear: must include hygiene stickers.
- Accessories: must be returned with full original packaging and be unused.
- Perfume and beauty products: must be returned with original, unopened packaging.
- Multipacks: must not be separated, and must be returned with all parts in the original packaging.
- COMBO WINS: Items can be returned individually. We will refund the amount paid by the customer for that item.

Yes, go to My Account and then Order History.
Bershka.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or shipped after the deadline for returns, or products that are not in the condition in which they were received. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the delivery confirmation email.

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT THAT I SEE IN THE PHOTO?
Yes. At Bershka.com, we make every effort to show the characteristics of our products (colour, textures, etc.) in a way that is as close to reality as possible.

WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING ANY ITEMS MARKED ”SOLD OUT”?
Yes, we aim to reorder out-of-stock items as quickly as possible. If you submit a request for an item, we will email you when it is available in the colour and size you specify. We will remove the item from the site if we are unable to reorder it.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
All prices include VAT and other local taxes, but exclude shipping, which is shown separately from the basket.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
Bershka.com only sells items in perfect condition, so please contact our Customer Service team if you ever receive an item that is less than perfect.

AND IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
Please contact our Customer Service team if, for any reason, you receive an item you did not order.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS I PURCHASED ON BERSHKA.COM?
If you wish to exchange your purchase and choose another item, you have to return the first item and then make another purchase online. Follow the same procedure if you want to exchange an item that has already been delivered to you for a different size or colour.
Clothing must be in perfect condition, and stockings, socks, earrings, hairbands and other hair accessories (hairpins, decorative hair elastics, scrunchies, etc.) cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You have 30 days from the delivery date indicated in the confirmation email that we send when we ship your order.
At Bershka.com, we do our best to make sure that the information on our website is correct, but inaccurate information may appear, such as typographical errors, ambiguities or omissions in product descriptions, prices or availability. We apologise in advance and reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

We do not accept cash, cheques or orders over the telephone.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE CHARGED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as your bank approves the payment, but the money will not be taken from your account until your items leave our warehouse and are sent to the destination you have requested.
This means that your account will not be charged if it is not possible to ship any of the items you ordered, for any reason.

WHY MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE DECLINED?
Your credit card may be declined for the following reasons:
- Your card may have expired. Check the expiry date to rule out this possibility.
- You may have reached your card limit. Please check with your bank to make sure your card has not exceeded the purchase limit.
- Make sure you have entered all the card details correctly.
Please contact your bank to resolve the issue if you are still unable to complete your purchase after checking all the options.

CAN I GET AN INVOICE IN MY COMPANY’S NAME?
Yes, just check the “company” option under “Personal information” and enter the tax details requested.

IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH A BANK CARD ON BERSHKA.COM?
Yes. The card details that you enter are transmitted in encrypted form using the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data. You can confirm this by clicking the padlock that appears in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
The security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required for credit card transactions. You can only see this if you have physical access to the card, and it will not be stored on our website.
We also have anti-fraud systems in place to detect illegal or reckless use of credit cards.
Bershka.com reserves the right to contact you to request further information in the event of problems with payments.

No. The country we ship to must be the same as the country in which the item was purchased.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES MEAN?
The status of your order can be found under “My Account” and be as follows:
- In progress: when your order has been completed and while the information you have given us is being processed.
- On its way: when the goods have left our warehouse to the destination requested.
- In transit: when your order is awaiting delivery by courier.
- Delivered: final status, indicating that your order has been delivered to you.
- Cancelled. Cancellation may be due to:
- A problem with your bank or shipping address, or potential fraudulent activity.
- Two failed attempts by the courier at delivering goods to the specified delivery address.
- In the case of cancellations, the order amount will be refunded if the card was charged.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT THE GIVEN ADDRESS WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS MY ORDER?
After an initial delivery attempt, the courier will leave a confirmation message and try to contact you to set a new delivery date. If you prefer, you can also contact the courier when you receive the message. After a second unsuccessful attempt, your order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
