How can I return an item?
There are two return options: in-store and DropOff return(not available for cash on delivery orders).
The simplest way is to return the item at one of Bershka's shops located in the country you made the purchase, provided that the store offers the same department the item belongs to (women's or men's). This option is always free.
If you prefer, you can request a DropOff return on our website, where you can leave the items at one of our collection points. Please find below our Drop Off return policy:
- If you request and return your first Drop Off return for each order within the first 15 days of return period it will be FREE.
- If you make your first return request after the first 15 days of return period, we will charge the shipping cost of 3.95EUR
- If you would like to return more items from the same order with the second return request, we will charge the shipping cost of 3.95EUR
The Drop Off return cost of 3.95EUR will be deducted from the refunded amount.

In case you want to return items from several orders, it is important that you apply for a return request for each one, according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Bershka is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different purchase.

How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the refund is approved, the same amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase.
For orders placed by Cash On Delivery you will need to go to one of our stores to get the refund in cash.

When will the amount be refunded for my return?
Upon approval, you will receive confirmation telling you the amount which will be paid in the coming days. Turnaround time on a credit card and/or a PayPal account always depends on your bank.

What can I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact the customer service department, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

How can I be sure my order has been made correctly?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for it. If you do not receive one, contact our customer service department.

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, still have their original tags and be unused. Returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the shipping confirmation email.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Personalized items
- Lingerie
- Earrings
- Hair items
- Caps or hats.
- Printed on demand items
- The Bershka Print Shop products
Remember the following special conditions for some of our items:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Accessories: must be returned with their full original packaging and be unused.
- Fragrances and beauty: must be returned with their original, unopened packaging.
- Packs: must not be separated and must be returned with all the pieces in the original packaging.
Exchanges must always be made at a physical store and according to the same conditions indicated for the products to be returned.

Can I cancel an item in my order?
As long as you have not finalized the entire purchase process, you can delete any item from your shopping basket. Otherwise, you should cancel your order.

Bershka.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition that they were received.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. At Bershka.com we make every effort possible to show the features of the items (colour, textures, etc.) as close to reality as possible.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the colour and size you specify.If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.

Do you carry the same merchandise as in the physical stores?
Yes. Although it may be that the store runs out of stock before the website or vice versa, which is why for each item, you will find the option “Nearest store,” where you can check on availability of the item at the store of your choice.

¿ARE THE OFFLINE AND ONLINE PRICES THE SAME?
Yes ,but if there were any differences between the price tag and the price on the website the correct price would always be the price showing on the ticket.

What is included in the price?
All prices include VAT as well as other local taxes but not shipping, which is shown apart from the shopping basket. Remember that there are no shipping charges if you choose to pick your order up in one of our stores.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Bershka.com only sells items in perfect condition, so if you ever receive an item that is not, please contact our customer service department.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED AT BERSHKA.COM?
You can exchange items for a different colour or size, but only in-store. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you should return it and then purchase it again online. Please follow the same process if you wish to change the size or colour of an item from home.
Clothing must be in perfect condition and, for reasons of hygiene, tights, socks, earrings, headbands and other hair accessories (hairpins, elastics, scrunchies...) may not be exchanged.

Yes, as long as the store is located in the market where you made the purchase and has the corresponding department (women’s or men’s).

Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Payment with ApplePay and GooglePay only available in Apps.

When is the purchase amount removed from my bank account?
Once the bank authorizes payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order, but the money will not be removed from your account until the items leave our warehouse to the destination you requested.
This means that if, for any reason, we cannot send any of the items you ordered, there will be no charge to your account for that amount.

For what reasons could my credit card be rejected?
Your credit card can be rejected for the following reasons:
- The card could be expired. Check the expiration date to rule out this possibility.
- You may have reached your card’s limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the purchasing limit.
Make sure you have correctly entered all the information on the card.
If after checking all possibilities you still cannot complete your purchase, contact your bank to resolve the problem.

Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Simply mark the “company” option in “Personal Information” and enter the tax information we request.

Can I request Tax-Free?
No. Tax-free only applies to products purchased in-store and which are taken from the store by the individual.

Is it safe to purchase with a bank card at bershka.com?
Yes. Card information entered is transmitted in encrypted form using the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data; you can verify this by clicking on the padlock that appears in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
For credit card transactions, the security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required. You can only see it if you have physical access to the card, and it will not be saved on our website.
Additionally, we have anti-fraud systems to detect illegal or improper use of credit cards.
bershka.com reserves the right to contact you to request more information in the event of any problems with payment.

Can the market receiving the shipment be different than the market of purchase?
No. The market where it is shipped must be the same as that of its purchase.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of delivery:
- Between 4 and 7 working days for shipment to a store.
- Between 4 and 7 working days for drop point.
- Between 4 and 8 working days for standard delivery.
- Between 2 and 4 working days for express delivery.

Can the shipping address be different than the billing address?
Yes. During the purchasing process, you can indicate a shipping address different from the one you entered when registering.

Can I check the status of my order?

What messages will I receive regarding my order status?
E-mail order confirmation at the time of payment.
E-mail shipping confirmation, when your order leaves our warehouse to the destination you indicated.
For home delivery, you will receive an sms text message from the shipping company letting you know the date your order will arrive.
For store shipment, we will send you an email and sms when your order arrives to your chosen store, so that you can go and pick it up.
In the case of delivery at a collection point, the carrier company will contact you when the order is available with instructions to pick up at the point you have requested.

What would be the status of my order?
Order status for your order can be found under "My Account" and are:
- In progress: once your order has been completed, and while the information you provided us is being processed.
- In transit: when the items have left our warehouse to the requested destination.
- In store: from the moment it arrives in-store, if this was your shipping option.
- In transportation: when your order is pending delivery by the courier.
Delivered: final status, indicating that the order was successfully delivered to you.
Cancelled.Cancellation can result from:
- Any issue with banking, delivery address or any kind of fraud.
- After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver goods by the carrier to the delivery address indicated.
- Or if sending to a store, 15 days have passed from the email and sms date indicating that your order has arrived at the store.
For cancellations, the order amount will be refunded, if there was a charge made to the card.

If I send an order to the store, from whom do I request the package?
You can request your package from anyone at the store without passing through checkout or waiting in lines. Show the order number and it’s yours!

What if I'm not at the address indicated when the courier delivers the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a confirmation note and will try to contact you to set a new delivery date. If you wish, you can also get in contact with the courier when you get that note. After another failed attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount.
During the sale or promotion period, some shipping methods may not be available.

What is a multi-brand gift card?
It is a Gift Card (or e-Gift Card) bought in any brand of the Inditex Group (physical or online stores) that can be used as a payment method in any of the Inditex Group brand (physical or online stores).

Where can I get and use a gift card?
You can buy and use our gift cards at any Inditex group physical or online store: If you buy a physical gift card on the website, we will send it to the address you provide within the established delivery times.
If you buy a virtual gift card, we will send it to the recipient by email on the day and time of your choice.
To use a virtual gift card in the store, you can print it and present it in the store at the time of the payment or present the email directly from your mobile.

How do I activate a virtual Gift Card purchased at Bershka.com?
During the purchase process of the virtual gift card, we will ask you for the recipient's mobile phone number. When the recipient receives the virtual card, in the same email, they will find a link to activate it. Just click on the link, enter the card number, CVV2 code and activation key. This activation key will be the last 4 digits of the mobile phone entered during the purchase.

What happens if I lose my gift card?
The Gift Card is a bearer document. Bershka will not replace the Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.

The balance of the Card may not be refunded or exchanged for cash, and the available balance will only increase if an item is returned that was paid for with the same Card. Consult the current balance and transactions of your gift card, whether physical or virtual (e-gift card) here.

I have a Bershka gift card with only the Bershka logo. How do I know if it’s multi-brand?
From the 16th of November all the valid Gift Cards from any brand of the Inditex Group are multi-brand, no matter if it has been bought before or after that date and if it has the sticker that shows it is multi-brand or not.

What is the electronic receipt?
It is an electronic billing system that does away with sales receipts. From now on, all orders placed on the website and APP will feature this new system. From now on, all orders placed on the website and APP will feature this new system, with the exception of orders with the Gift Receipt or Cash on Delivery options, which will continue to receive a printed receipt.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive each receipt attached to the order email we will send from bershka.com . It will also be automatically saved in the 'My Orders' section of your personal account.

How do I return an item if I don't have a receipt?
For in-store returns, you need only show the electronic ticket that you received with the Shipment Confirmation on the screen of your mobile phone, and the item that you want to return. You may also access the receipt through the web page or APP. Just enter "My Account" and then go to the "Orders" section.
For Drop Off returns, you’ll need to select the return option via your account, and package the items you wish to return. You won’t even need to print a receipt!

How can I exchange items without a receipt
The same as with returns, you need only show the electronic receipt attached to the Order Confirmation on the screen of your mobile phone, and the item that you wish to exchange. It's that easy!
Gift Receipt

WHAT IS A GIFT RECEIPT?
A gift receipt is a receipt that doesn’t reveal the cost of the purchase, allowing you to buy gifts for anyone you like. You can also add a personalized message.
The person who receives a gift with this receipt can exchange it or return it at the store. The total amount for returned items is refunded in the form of store credit if the return is made at a store.

HOW DO I ADD A GIFT RECEIPT TO AN ORDER?
If you want to add a gift receipt to an order, you just have to select the box “send as a gift” in the shopping cart. This option is not available if your order includes a gift card.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?
You have one month from the date that appears on the gift receipt to return an item.

HOW DO I PAY WITH THE STORE CREDIT I RECEIVED WHEN MAKING A RETURN?

Ticket Regalo

What is the gift ticket?
The Gift Ticket allows you to place an order for another person without the amount shown on the purchase ticket.
Additionally, you can add a personalized message that we will print and include in the order.
All you have to do is select the "Is this a gift?" box in the shopping cart.

How will I receive the return amount if I have a gift ticket?
The deadline for any return is 30 days from the date shown on the Gift Ticket.
You have 2 options to receive the refund:
- With the same payment method as long as you present the purchase receipt (which you can download from the user account of the person who processed the order).
- On a Credit Voucher if you present the Gift Ticket at the time of making the return. It works in exactly the same way as a Gift Card. To learn more about the Gift Card, click here.
Keep in mind that once the return is made by any of these two options it can not be modified.

— If you are ill, this community face covering is unsuitable. Seek advice from your doctor.
— This community face covering is not a medical device within the meaning of Directive 93/42/CEE or Regulation EU/2017/745 (surgical masks) nor is it personal protective equipment in the sense of Regulation EU/2016/425 (respiratory protective devices).
— Always check that the community face covering is correctly fitted and covers your nose, mouth and chin. It is recommended that this community face covering be worn on bare skin; beards can reduce the filtration efficiency to below the limits set out.
—Community face coverings are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is recommended that children between 3 and 12 years are supervised while wearing the community face covering. A community face covering which hinders the user's ability to breathe when first put on is deemed unsuitable. It can take time to become comfortable with the community face covering.

— Clean the reusable community face covering after each use.Washing instructions:
Maximum number of washes (following washing instructions): 5 Perform a complete washing cycle (dampen, wash, rinse, using standard detergent, at 60° C).
Air dry (do not tumble dry or sanitise in an oven or microwave).
It is recommended to dry within 2 hours of washing.
Visually inspect the item after each wash to check for any damage.
Do not use any products that could degrade or damage the materials, thus diminishing their protective capacity.
Avoid contact between a dirty item and clean clothing, avoid contact with products that could degrade or damage the mask material and avoid environments where the item could become contaminated again once clean.
