How can I return an item?
You can return your item by requesting to do through the ¨RETURNS¨ section in your account or,if you are not a registered customer ,by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page of your Delivery confirmation email. You will receive an email with a return label, put into a bag the items and the receipt. Then, stick the label on the package.
You can leave your package in a UPS drop-off location or you can arrange a pick-up with the courier through the following number +1 800 823 7459.

The return fee is $5.95 per order returned and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In case you want to return items from several orders, it is important that you apply for a return request for each purchase, according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Bershka is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the return request of a different order.
Items purchased from Bershka are eligible for a full refund if returned within days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, tights, socks, earrings, headbands and other hair accessories (hairpins, elastics, scrunchies...) may not be returned or exchanged.
