How can I return an item?
There are two return options: home pick up and Drop Off return.
You can request a Drop Off return on our website, where you can leave the items at one of our collection points. Remember to include in the box the fiscal ticket and the filled and signed act of return. Essential for the refund. Check your nearest return points by clicking here .
If you prefer, you can request a return through our website and a courier will collect the items at the address you specify, always when located in the same market where you made the order. The courier will contact you. The steps to follow are indicated in "My Account". Remember that you can download the Act of return here , Pls complete it and sign. It is essential for the refund.
Proper quality products which are non-returnable and/or non-exchangeable
You shall not be entitled to exchange proper quality Product or terminate the Agreement in respect of the Products specified in the Directive of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine On implementation of particular provisions of the Law of Ukraine On consumer rights protection No. 172 dd. March 19, 1994 or in any other regulatory legal act substituting this directive, including, but not limited to, the following Products: lingerie; bras; bralettes and tops; briefs; briefs packs; bodysuit; nightdresses; lingerie shorts; lingerie shirts; lingerie robes; socks; tights; hair accessories; lingerie accessories; corset product; one-piece suit.
How will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the refund is approved, the same amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make your purchase.
If you want to return your cash on delivery order from home/Drop Off go to MY ACCOUNT RETURNS section and fill out the return request by entering the pick-up address and your bank details. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
If you want to return your cash on delivery order in store, please bring the garment in store. The refund will be made in cash from the cash till.
When will the amount be refunded for my return?
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
What can I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact the customer service department, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
How can I be sure my order has been made correctly?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for it. If you do not receive one, contact our customer service department.
Can I cancel an item in my order?
As long as you have not finalized the entire purchase process, you can delete any item from your shopping basket. Otherwise, you should cancel your order.
