HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
There are 3 return options: in-store, at a Drop off point and Home Collection.
IN STORE RETURN
The simplest way is to return the item at one of the Bershka shops located in the market in which you made the purchase, provided they have the same section the clothes belong to (girls or boys). Show your electronic receipt, on paper or on your mobile, at the till. Remember that your electronic receipt can be found attached to your order confirmation email, or in My Orders/Order History.
DROP OFF RETURN
If you prefer, you can request a DropOff return on our website, where you can leave the items at one of our collection points. You can find the available drop off locations here
- Make the return request from your account. If you placed the order as a guest, click here. If you want to return your cash on delivery order, also fill in your bank details to receive a refund by bank transfer.
- You will receive an email that will contain a return label.
- Follow the instructions indicated on the return label before dropping the package off at the nearest authorized Drop Off location.
Please find below our Drop Off return policy:
- If you request and return your first Drop Off return for each order within the first 14 days of return period, it will be FREE.
- If you make your first return request after the first 14 days of return period, we will charge the shipping cost of 20 SAR.
- If you would like to return more items from the same order with the second return request, we will charge the shipping cost of 20 SAR.
The Drop Off return cost of 20 SAR will be deducted from the refunded amount.
HOME COLLECTION
If you prefer, you can request a return through our website and a courier will collect the items at the address you specify, always when located in the same market where you made the order.
- Make the return request from your account indicating the items to be returned and pick-up address. If you placed the order as a guest, click here. If you want to return your cash on delivery order, also fill in the bank details to receive a refund by bank transfer.
- You will receive an email confirming the request.
- Transport will collect the order in 24-72 hours (working days).
The home collection return method has a cost of 29 SAR per order returned and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
In case you want to return items from several orders, it is important that you apply for a return request for each one, according to the number of boxes you wish to return. BERSHKA is not responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders and/or returned with the request for collection of a different purchase.

You can make a return though any of the usual methods.
If you want to return your cash on delivery order from home go to the MY ACCOUNT RETURNS section and fill out the return request by entering the pick-up address and your bank details. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
If you want to return your cash on delivery order in store, please bring the garment in store. The refund will be made in cash from the cash till.

Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount via the same payment method used to make your purchase.
In the case of cash on delivery orders, the refund will be made differently depending on the return method.

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?
Once the checkout process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service department.

CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, still have their original tags and be unused. Returns must be made within a maximum of 30 days of shipping confirmation email.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Personalized items
- Lingerie
- Earrings
- Hair items
- Caps or hats.
- Printed on demand items
- The Bershka Print Shop products
Remember the following special conditions for some of our items:
- Swimwear: must include the hygiene sticker.
- Accessories: must be returned with their full original packaging and be unused.
- Fragrances and beauty: must be returned with their original, unopened packaging.
- Packs: must not be separated and must be returned with all the pieces in the original packaging.
Exchanges must always be made at a physical store and according to the same conditions indicated for the products to be returned.

CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
As long as you have not completed the entire checkout process, you can delete any item you wish from the shopping basket. Otherwise, you should cancel your order.

Yes. At Bershka.com we make every possible effort to display the features of the items (colour, textures...) as similar to reality as possible.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS INDICATED AS “OUT OF STOCK”?
If an item is out of stock, we try to restock it as quickly as possible. Additionally, if you request so on the item page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the colour and size you specify. If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.

ARE THE PRICES ON THE ONLINE STORE THE SAME AS THOSE AT MY REGULAR PHYSICAL BERSHKA STORE?
Yes, but if there are any differences between the price on the website and the price tag, the correct price will always be the price shown on the sales receipt, not the one shown on the price tag.

All prices include sales tax and other local taxes, but not delivery costs, which are shown separately in the shopping basket.

At Bershka.com, information may accidentally appear with typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the product description, price or availability. We apologise in advance and reserve the right to correct them, without prior notice, even after an order is made.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO MAKE MY PURCHASE?
You can pay by card: Visa, MasterCard, MADA. You can also pay by cash on delivery for Home or Drop-point purchases.

WHEN IS THE PURCHASE AMOUNT REMOVED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT?
Once the bank authorises payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the order, however the money will not be removed from your account until the items leave our warehouse for the destination you requested.
This means that, if for any reason, we cannot send any of the items you ordered, there will be no charge to your account for that amount.

FOR WHAT REASONS MIGHT MY CREDIT CARD BE REJECTED?
Your card could be rejected for any of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check the expiration date to rule out this possibility.
- You may have reached your card's limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded its spending limit.
Make sure you have correctly entered all the card details.
If you are not able to complete the purchase after checking all the above, contact your bank to resolve the problem.

Yes, just mark the 'company' option in “personal information” and enter the fiscal details requested there.

CAN I REQUEST TAX-FREE?
No. Tax-Free is only applicable to products bought in-store that are taken by the individual.

IS PAYING WITH A BANK CARD AT BERSHKA.COM SECURE?
Yes. The card information you provide is transmitted in encrypted form using the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your data. You can verify this by clicking on the padlock that appears in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
For credit card transactions, the security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required. You can only see it if you have physical access to the card, and it will not be saved on our website.
Additionally, we have anti-fraud systems to detect illegal or improper use of credit cards.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery:
- In the store of your choice in 2-3 working days.
- Between 2 and 3 working days for standard delivery.
- Between 1 and 2 working days for express delivery.
*Working days do not include Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Yes, during the payment process you may specify a delivery address other than the address used for registration.

CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Yes, in the “My Account” section, but we will also notify you via email/sms of any changes to the status of your orders.

WHAT MESSAGES WILL I RECEIVE ABOUT MY ORDER STATUS?
Order confirmation email at the moment of placing the order. Delivery confirmation email when your order leaves our warehouse for the destination you have specified.
For home delivery, you will receive an email notifying you of the estimated date your order will arrive.
For in-store delivery, we will send you an email and an SMS when your order arrives at your chosen store so that you may go pick it up.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES?
The various statuses that could apply to your order can be found in the “My account” section and are:
- In progress: once your order has been completed, and while the information you have provided us is being processed.
- In transit: when the items have left our warehouse for the requested destination.
- In-store: from the moment the item arrives in-store, if this was your chosen delivery method.
- In transport: when the order is pending delivery by the carrier.
Delivered: final status indicating that the order has been delivered successfully.
Cancelled: Cancellation may result from:
- Any issue with banking, delivery address or any type of fraud.
- After 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver goods by the carrier to the indicated delivery address.
- Or for in-store delivery, once 15 days have passed from the date of the email and SMS indicating that your order has arrived at the store.
In the case of cancellations, the order amount will be refunded if any charges were made to your card.

IF I SEND MY ORDER TO THE STORE, HOW DO I REQUEST MY PACKAGE?
You can request your package from anyone at the store without going through the checkout process or waiting in line. Show the order number and it’s yours!

WHAT IF I'M NOT AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED WHEN THE COURIER DELIVERS THE ORDER?
After a first delivery attempt, the courier will leave an attempted delivery note and will try to contact you to set a new delivery date. If you wish, you may also contact the courier after receiving said note. After another failed attempt, your order will be cancelled and we will refund the amount.
During the sale or promotion period, some shipping methods may not be available.
Free Shipping will be offered for all orders over 200 SAR.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS I HAVE PURCHASED AT BERSHKA.COM?
You can exchange items for a different colour or size, but only in-store. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you should return it and then purchase it again online. Please follow the same process if you wish to change the size or colour of an item from home.
Clothing must be in perfect condition and, for reasons of hygiene, tights, socks, earrings, headbands and other hair accessories (hairpins, elastics, scrunchies...) may not be exchanged.

Warnings and precautions for use:
— If you are ill, this community face covering is unsuitable. Seek advice from your doctor.
— This community face covering is not a medical device within the meaning of Directive 93/42/CEE or Regulation EU/2017/745 (surgical masks) nor is it personal protective equipment in the sense of Regulation EU/2016/425 (respiratory protective devices).
— Always check that the community face covering is correctly fitted and covers your nose, mouth and chin. It is recommended that this community face covering be worn on bare skin; beards can reduce the filtration efficiency to below the limits set out.
—Community face coverings are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is recommended that children between 3 and 12 years are supervised while wearing the community face covering.
