How can I return a product?
There are two ways to return a product: in the store or at the order pick-up point. The simplest way is to return the product that didn’t suit you directly to one of the Bershka’s shops, with the exception of the Galeria Shopping Mall, Saint Petersburg. An order paid for at Galeria Shopping Mall, Saint Petersburg, can only be returned directly to this shopping mall. The shop should be located in the same country in which you made the purchase and should have a department (women’s or men’s department) that the product being returned belongs to.
If you want, you can file an application on our website for the return of the product at the order pick-up point.

Subsequent actions are indicated in the section “My Account” – “Returns”. The clothes should be in perfect condition and have corresponding labels. In addition to the products being returned, inside the package you should place the sales receipt, a copy of your passport, a completed and signed application for the return, confirmation of the payment of the order/the cash register receipt. Remember that you can print out the sales receipt from the section of your Account “My orders” – “Sales receipts”.
For hygienic reasons, tights, socks, earrings, headbands and other hair accessories (hair clips, elastics, arm bands, etc.) may not be returned.

What documents are required when returning a product?
If returned in the store:
- Sales receipt (invoice)
- Cash register receipt / document confirming payment
- Passport of the individual who paid for the order. The return may only be carried out by the individual who paid for the order
If returned to the order pick-up point:
- Sales receipt (invoice)
- Cash register receipt / document confirming payment
- Copy of the passport of the individual who paid for the order
- A completed and signed application for the return from the individual who paid for the order

Where can I obtain the return application form?
You can download the return application form on our website, by clicking on “Application for a Return”, located in the sub-section “Returns” of the My Account (My Page) section.

How long do I have to return a product?
Any return must be performed within 30 days of the time when an e-mail was sent to you regarding confirmation of shipment.

Will I have to pay for the return?
A return to bershka.com is always free.

How will my money be returned to me?
Once we have approved the return, you will receive a refund of the money, depending on the initial payment method that you chose or the type of return:
- Return of the product in store:
- If you paid for the order with a bank card, then the money will be refunded to this card.
- If you paid for the order in cash or with a bank card at the time of its receipt (through a courier, at the pick-up point), then you will be refunded in cash in store.
- If you paid for the order in cash in a store, then you will be refunded the money in cash.
- Refund of the money at the order pick-up point:
- If you initially paid for the order on our website with a bank card, then the money will be refunded to this card.
- If you paid for the order in cash or with a bank card at the time of its receipt (through a courier, at the pick-up point, in store), then the money will be refunded to the bank card that you indicated in the return application or through a postal transfer.

When will I be refunded my money?
Once we have approved the return (the products should be in excellent condition, have labels and tags), you will receive a message that the corresponding amount will be refunded to you within a few days. Don’t forget that the time required to return the money depends on the actions of your bank / Russian Post.

How can I be sure that my order was made correctly?
After you make an order, you receive an electronic confirmation by e-mail. If you don’t receive a confirmation, contact the Customer Service Department.

Can I cancel a specific product in my order?
You can always delete a product from your basket before you complete the purchase.
Otherwise you will have to cancel your order.

Bershka.com reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition that they were received.
