HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return an item in any of our stores in the same country of purchase, at SMARI Post office or by Home Collection.
In store return.
You will only need to show the electronic ticket or the invoice on your mobile along with the item you want to change or return.- 1. Make the request from your account. If you placed the order as a guest, click here.
- 2. You will receive an email confirming the request.
- 3. You will receive another email with the return label attached. You have 2 options, to print and stick the label on the package, or if you prefer you can simply present the QR code in the post office.
- 4. Go to the authorized delivery point and remember to save your receipt.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN PAID WITH COD?
There are 3 return options: in-store at SMARI Post office or by Home Collection.
If you want to return your order from home or at SMARI Post office go to the MY ACCOUNT RETURNS section and fill out the return request by entering the pick-up address and your bank details. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
If you want to return your order in store, access the section of MY ACCOUNT-RETURNS and fill out the request for return, entering your bank details. Then, deliver the garment in store. The refund will be made by bank transfer.
If your purchase was made by COD payment method please fill out the return request that you can find in MY ACCOUNT RETURNS and bring it to the store to make your return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT?
Once the refund is approved, you will receive the amount via the same payment method used to make your purchase.
In the case of cash on delivery orders it will be made by means of wire transfer to the bank account within Japan indicated by you.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE REFUND AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Contact our customer support department and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?
Once the checkout process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service department.

CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?
As long as you have not completed the entire checkout process, you can delete any item you wish from the shopping basket. Otherwise, you should cancel your order.
