Select OXXO as your payment method.
You will then access the order confirmation page with a barcode that you can download, print or find in the MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS section whenever you like.
Bring this barcode to a OXXO store and pay for your order (you have 48 hours to finalize payment at your nearest OXXO store).
Once you have paid, you will receive your order at the address, store, or drop point you selected. Easy, right?
You can make a return through any of the usual methods: Home collection or in-store return
The return will be made onto a credit voucher that you will receive via email which is valid in our stores and at the Bershka.com website.
