How can I return an item?
You can return an item in any of our stores in the same country of purchase, at Servientrega’s Post office or by Home Collection.
In store return.
You will only need to show the electronic ticket or the invoice on your mobile along with the item you want to change or return.
- Make the request from your account. If you placed the order as a guest, click here.
- You will receive an email confirming the request.
- You will receive another email with the return label. You have 2 options, to print and stick the label on the package, or if you prefer you can simply present the QR code in the post office.
- Go to the authorised delivery point and remember to save your receipt.

How will I receive the amount of my refund?
If you paid by card, you will receive the amount in the same payment method used to purchase. If it is a second return of an order paid by card, the refund will be launched by bank transfer. To do this, you must enter your bank details into the Refund Request section, which is located in the order details.
If you paid through PSE, you will receive the amount by bank transfer. To do this, you must enter your user name on the website and supply the payment bank details, by going to the order details and pressing on the Refund Request section.

When will the amount be refunded for my return?
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited within the next few days. Once the reimbursement has been launched, turnaround time on a credit card and/or a PayPal account always depends on your bank.

What can I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Contact the customer service department, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

How can I be sure my order has been made correctly?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for it. If you do not receive one, contact our customer service department.

Can I cancel an item in my order?
As long as you have not finalized the entire purchase process, you can delete any item from your shopping basket. Otherwise, you should cancel your order.
